By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betjuli platform at betjuli.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "betjuli", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form a single binding agreement between you and betjuli.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close any existing account, and withdraw any available balance. Continued use of betjuli after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of the betjuli platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betjuli operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and causes serious harm. We have zero tolerance for underage access.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or employee of any gambling operator or affiliate network in connection with your use of betjuli.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not been previously excluded from betjuli or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme.
• You are not a betjuli employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.

betjuli reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the eligibility criteria are not or cannot be verified. Any winnings generated from an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

To access the full range of betjuli's products and services, including sports betting, casino games, and promotional offers, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the betjuli platform. Creating multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts") for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. betjuli will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and deemed authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your account information whenever any relevant detail changes, including your contact email address, phone number, or residential address. betjuli is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated account information.
• Account Sharing: Your betjuli account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your account at any time.

betjuli reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all products and services, which may be subject to additional eligibility criteria, verification requirements, or regional restrictions.

All financial transactions on the betjuli platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). betjuli supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. betjuli does not charge any deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. betjuli reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: As a general rule, withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. betjuli may require proof of ownership of the payment account before processing any withdrawal.
• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 may be subject to mandatory KYC identity verification before processing. Players who have not completed verification may experience withdrawal delays.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. betjuli does not apply any currency conversion markup; however, players using international cards (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their issuing bank may apply a foreign transaction fee.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the available account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

betjuli reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of anti-fraud investigations, KYC checks, or bonus wagering requirement verification. Funds deposited via fraudulent means will be forfeited and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

betjuli offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Players should review wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
• Validity Period: All bonus funds and free bet credits have an expiry date. Bonuses not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the betjuli platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless betjuli explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse & Fraud: betjuli reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
• Welcome Bonus: The betjuli welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

betjuli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform's promotions page or by direct player notification where reasonably practicable.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the betjuli platform. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket betting, live casino, slots, Ocean Phoenix, Fishing) are published in the relevant game-specific sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by betjuli. betjuli reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed based on erroneous odds or where the outcome of a sporting event has already been determined at the time of placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by product, market, and player account tier.
• Erroneous Odds and Payouts: In the event that a technical error or human error results in manifestly incorrect odds or payout amounts being displayed, betjuli reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. betjuli is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from clear errors.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play betting session, betjuli's system will record the state of play at the time of disconnection. Bets that were placed and accepted prior to disconnection will be settled according to the final outcome. betjuli is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Void Bets: Certain events may result in a bet being declared void and the stake returned to the player, including: match abandonment, event cancellation, or force majeure events outside betjuli's control.
• RNG Certification: All casino game outcomes on the betjuli platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slots and casino games are provided by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe) and are independently verified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjuli platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using false, stolen, or synthetic identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or other illegal means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way, including for placing bets, playing games, or claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes in game mechanics for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, or placing bets on sporting events where you have inside information regarding the predetermined outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform, including using the Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betjuli staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or databases without authorisation.

betjuli employs advanced anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering monitoring systems that operate continuously across all player accounts. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be subject to enhanced due diligence, and affected balances may be held pending investigation for up to thirty (30) days.

Either betjuli or the player may initiate the closure of a betjuli account. The following conditions and procedures apply:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your betjuli account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be waived, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
• betjuli-Initiated Suspension: betjuli reserves the right to suspend any account immediately and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or withdraw.
• betjuli-Initiated Closure: betjuli may permanently close an account following the conclusion of an investigation into prohibited conduct. In cases where the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, betjuli may forfeit the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who close their accounts via betjuli's self-exclusion tool are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons. Self-exclusion accounts will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period regardless of the player's request. See Section 9 (Responsible Gaming) for full details.

betjuli is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. betjuli provides the following tools to help players remain in control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Bangladeshi Taka at any time via the account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic in-session notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and casino game access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming harmful may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are closed immediately and cannot be reopened for the minimum exclusion period (6 months to 5 years, as selected by the player). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjuli's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the player's use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betjuli shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or costs of data recovery.
• Loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, and internet infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the Platform due to a technical error, where betjuli has taken reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit betjuli's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

betjuli collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on betjuli, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Data Security: All data transmitted between your device and betjuli.net is encrypted using 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. Player data at rest is stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments.
• Data Retention: betjuli retains player account data for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Data may be retained for longer periods where required by law or regulatory obligation.

betjuli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betjuli will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will come into effect on the date stated in the update notice.

Your continued use of the betjuli platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with all policies incorporated by reference, represent the entire agreement between you and betjuli with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
